Aliyah Career Bridge exists because employment is one of the biggest reasons people delay or abandon their aliyah. We believe that talented people shouldn't have to choose between building their career and living in Israel. Our mission is to make that choice unnecessary.
Meet the Founder
In 2024, Abie made aliyah with his family from New York — and like most olim, he quickly understood how hard the transition really is. The paperwork, the language, the culture, the career uncertainty. He lived it firsthand.
That experience became his mission. With a background in business and operations, Abie founded Aliyah Career Bridge to solve the problem he saw most clearly: talented, motivated professionals who wanted to move to Israel but couldn't afford to gamble their careers on the leap.
Today, he is building the infrastructure that makes career aliyah possible — connecting people, employers, and organizations around one shared goal: more Jews living and thriving in Israel.
